Resetting Fuser Errors
To reset a fuser error, follow these steps to access diagnostics or service mode:
Go to the FS Menu.
Select 08 SETTINGS MODE, then click “Next”, and click “Classic” in the top right corner.
Type 2002 and press the START (Green) BUTTON.
Press 0, then click “OK” at the bottom of the screen.

Special Note for Older Toshiba Copiers
For older Toshiba copiers, the procedure is slightly different:
Go to 08 SETTINGS mode by holding 0 and 8 while powering on the copier. Hold these buttons until you hear a beep and see some lights turn on, then release.
In 08 settings mode, type 400 and press the START button.
Type 0 and press "Enter" or "OK" at the bottom of the screen.
Restart the copier.
