To reset such an error, you will have to go to diagnostics or service mode as described in a previous blog.
Go to FS Menu
Go to 08 SETTINGS MODE, then click “Next”, then click “Classic” on the right top corner.
Type 2002 then press the START (Green) BUTTON
Press number 0 then “OK” at the bottom of the screen.
Restart the Copier.
If the error persists, it means that the copier has a fuser problem that could be repaired on-site by a technical representative.

NOTE: On older Toshiba copiers the procedure is different:
Go to 08 SETTINGS mode by holding number 0 and number 8 while Power-ON the Copier. Hold 0 and 8 until the printer makes a beep noise and some lights are on, then let go.
In 08 settings mode type 400 then press START button.
Type number 0 then press "Enter" or "Ok" on the bottom of the screen.
Restart the copier.
If the results are negative the fuser unit has a problem and needs to be repaired.
