For Windows 11 users, to access the shared folder on your Toshiba multifunction, when the “ Your Organization’s Security Policies Block Unauthenticated Guest Access” message occurs. You may need to do the following: Open “Local Group Policy Editor”,  gpedit. Go to the “Administrative Templates” folder. Click on “Network” Click on “Lanman Workstation” Click on “Enable Insecure Guest Logons” and enable it on the next window. This is it. You may need to restart your computer.
