How to Set-up SCAN TO FILE on Toshiba multifunction devices

Setting up the scan folder shortcut on your computer consists of mapping the shared folder on the printer's hard disk drive.

Here are the instructions:

Note the printer IP address: User Functions/ Admin/Password/ 123456/ Network/ IPV4/ IP Address.

IP Address looks like 192.168.2.127 – this is an example

On File Explorer, right-click on “This PC”

Click on “Map Network Drive”

On the "Folder" type: \\192.168.127\file_share - like in the image below

Click “Finish” and the shared folder shows up
