For Windows 11 HOME edition users, when “Your Organization’s Security Policies Block Unauthenticated Guest Access” occurs, go to "Turn Windows Features On or OFF" and make sure that SMB is checked.

Enabling the Insecure Guest Logons, as described on the other blog, is also needed.
