For Windows 11 users, to access the shared folder on your Toshiba multifunction, when the “Your Organization’s Security Policies Block Unauthenticated Guest Access” message occurs.
You may need to do the following:
Open “Local Group Policy Editor”, gpedit.
Go to the “Administrative Templates” folder.
Click on “Network”
Click on “Lanman Workstation”
Click on “Enable Insecure Guest Logons” and enable it on the next window.
This is it.
You may need to restart your computer.

It seems that accessing shared folders on your Toshiba multifunction can be a bit tricky due to security policies on Windows 11. If you encounter the "Your Organization’s Security Policies Block Unauthenticated Guest Access" message, you might want to check the Local Group Policy Editor. By navigating through the Administrative Templat
es and adjusting the settings under Lanman Workstation, you can often resolve this issue. Just follow the steps carefully, and you should be able to access the shared folder without any problems!
